One hundred players, or fifty pairs were present from across Victoria to play in this prestigious event. The weather for the two days was ideal for golf, and the golf course was in great condition, thanks to the effort of the golf course superintendent and the many members, who gave of their time to ensure the success of the event. Also we must thank the ladies for the morning teas, on both days, the take away lunch for the Monday and the lunch at the conclusion of play on the Tuesday.

ON THE 8TH and 9TH OF OCTOBER 2018
Monday the 1st day of the Championship the 102 players who had entered the event were greeted with a good day for golf, blue sky with a very light wind. Tuesday the second day was and overcast day with possible light showers of misty rain.
The golf course was in great condition, thanks to the course superintendent his staff and the many members who gave of their time to ensure the success of the Championship. We also thank the ladies who provided the morning teas, and lunches on both days.

PLAYED AT THE JUBBILEE GOLF CLUB ON MONDAY 17TH AND TUESDAY 18TH OF SEPTEMBER.
34 District Teams or 104 players’ entry this prestigious event, with 110 players and their partners attending the dinner on the Monday night.
Weather condition were dry with a cold light wind on both days.
The surrounding country side is in bad need of rain.
The winning team was from North Eastern number two team, with a total of 185 points was Geoff Brown, Paul Morris and Ray Borschann from their number one team on a count back also on 185 points.
36 holes winner was Ian Dinsdale 70 points.

PLAYED AT TALBOT GOLF CLUB AUGUST 13 AND 14
Weather for the two days of the event was clouded, quite cold but lovely days when the sun did break through.
Sixty players from a cross Victoria made the effort to attend this event, and were treated with old country hospitality by the members of the club, with a cook breakfast being available for the players on both days.
The course was in great condition, thanks to the many members who gave of their time to ensure the success of the tournament.

RESULTS OF THE COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY AT THE SHEPPARTON GOLF CLUB ON THE 7th & 8th OF MAY 2018
The weather for both days was ideal for golf with bright sun shine and a slight wind on both days. The golf course is situated on the bank of the Goulburn River and was in great condition, with very fast greens. We thank the course superintendent and his staff in the way the course was presented for the two days of the event for us.

RESULTS OF THE 4BBB STROKE CHAMPIONSHIP PLAYED AT THE YARRAM GOLF CLUB ON THE 19TH AND 20TH OF MARCH 2018
Two hundred and eight players from across Victoria attended this year’s event. The weather for the two days, was ideal for golf, sunny with a moderate wind on both days with fast greens. The golf course is a sand belt course carved out of natural bush which is a credit to the members of the club who maintain the golf course, with advice from a visiting course superintendent. The dinner at the The Shippin Motel on the Monday night was attended by ninety-two of the players and their partners’.
